Continuing the froyo review thread (yea, well, it's been winter the past couple of months,, but we are still trying to check them out when we can), I probably have gone here 3 or 4 times since they opened. The first few trips were not very impressive. The most recent one, however, was much better. It was clean, had a variety of flavors with several of them being "special"...low fat, low sugar, no dairy, etc. I strictly went with, whatever tasted good for me...so I came out pretty happy. They also have a frequent buyer club which is free and you get 2.00 off for every $20 you spend. That is 10%...I think it costs .42 an ounce so that makes it less than .38 an ounce after you spend the $20. Go check it out if you haven't yet. I know I will be going back :)

Love Peach Wave! Love the options... Just enough to give decent variety without being overwhelming. Price is more than reasonable. My only complaint is the seating can be kinda cramped when they are busy.

Decided to finally give this place a shot as I received a gift card from work. So I love Yogurtland and I shouldn't compare it but it was kinda hard not to as the set up is almost the same. I'm a HUGE fan of the Red Velvet and I must say it was good but it wasn't great. The had alot of flavors but none that i wanted to try that was new or a flavor I hadnt not tasted. The Pineapple, I have to admit was good. You cant eat alot of it, but the sample I tasted was a refreshing taste. The toppings are you typical toppings..one thing that they have which is a weird experience, are the mango, strawberry little boba looking balls...they just squirt in your mouth. Thats my favorite thing about this place..those little bobas lol. I can say that i went in and tried them out, and it was good but I probably wont go back.

FACT: Peachwave is the McDowell's of Yogurtland. We were so excited to try them out when they opened. We packed up the kids and headed out for some frozen deliciousness. The flavor selection was limited, so we decided to go to the toppings area to redeem our yogurt. They have somewhat of a good topping selection, but the way they're set up makes it nearly impossible to get to the toppings in the back. I seriously needed Go-Go-Gadget Arms to reach the back two rows! This is what scares me: Kids + hard to reach toppings + germs = Yuck! I ended up throwing away my yogurt because it didn't taste very good. We ended up going back a second time with our neighbors and I had the pineapple yogurt by itself. I have to admit, it wasn't so bad. The second time I went in the owners were at the register (I think they were the owners, anyhow) and they were really nice. I wish this place had a better yogurt selection. If they did, we might give them another try.

I wanted to give this place a try because I hadn't been before. When I walked in I noticed that the toppings were minimal. They didn't even have nerds which are my absolute favorite (I know I'm strange). Aside from the lack of toppings the yogurt tasted more like ice cream than it did yogurt which was concerning to me. It was WAY too creamy to be considered yogurt. But the main thing that really irritated me was that they did not have tart yogurt. What fro yo place doesn't have tart? I was incredibly surprised that they wouldn't serve such a classic flavor and was deeply disappointed. I ended up getting the lemon and raspberry yogurt mixed with chocolate chips. I'm sorry to say that I enjoyed the chocolate chips more than I liked the actual yogurt, which obviously wasn't of high quality on account of it melting VERY quickly and becoming a soupy mess which is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to fro yo. Sure this place may be cheaper than the other frozen yogurt places in the Denver area but I would be willing to spend a few more bucks on better yogurt.

Checked this place out with my boyfriend last night. I have developed a mild frozen yogurt addiction, and now these froyo places are popping up all over the place. It's not a huge store, and it's set up just like Yogurtland with the froyo machines along the wall and topping bar. They have mochi bits (my favorite!) as well as liquid filled tapioca pearls (mango and passionfruit?). Interesting, but I think I might like them more in a boba drink. Anyway. Any place that has mochi bits automatically gets a thumbs up from me. I only tried the pineapple yogurt, which was tasty. Boyfriend tried some of the other fruit flavors and said they weren't quite as good as Yogurtland. Maybe a little chalky, like the fruit flavor was from a powder that hadn't been incorporated very well. At 36 cents/ounce, it is a little more expensive than Yogurtland. I still prefer Yogurtland, but Peachwave is a lot closer to where I live and I'll try it again.

This place has gotten better since I've been there, and dare I say I like it just as much as Yogurtland? I think I will. They have increased their fresh fruit selection and added some other yummy toppings, they have 10+ syrups you can put on your yogurt, and whipped cream. There is never a line, and always a place to sit. I'll be back!

We loooove Peach Wave!! Love the concept and tasty low fat yougurt flavors. I usually enjoy so many taste testers that I don't even have to buy anything...but I do anyway because Im not a cheapass. The toppings are usually fresh and delicious too.

Finally a pinkberry clone in highlands ranch! This is one of those serve yourself frozen yogurt places then add your own fruit toppings. If you like "Original" pinkberry the plain tart is what you want. The toppings are not nearly as fresh as pinkberry but you get what you pay for. They are missing some of the better fruits like raspberries. I have sampled a dozen or so flavors there and they all are pretty good. Egg nob being the most bizarre but was still interesting.

I am going against the grain here, and awarding a higher rating than most of what has been given. In my estimation, they were quite good, the toppings were all well withing reach, the yogurt tasted nothing like the frozen corn syrup and reconstituted soy/dairy congealation available at Micky D's, and they had more flavors to choose from than nearly any other FroYo joint I've been to. In addition, the price was in fair competition with Yogurtland, and even had similar architecture, just like every other yogurt shop out there. I experienced nothing that would have prompted a review of less than 4. May the Peach Wave continue to roll!

I like peach wave, like how it's self serve and that they provide little sample cups on request so you could try each of the flavors yourself. I tried all of the flavors before finally selecting the pumpkin spice, vanilla and the fudge as my three yogurt combos. I put other toppings on it such as snickers, Oreos etc. I think that those toppings were a little chunky for my taste, I would prefer it to a little smaller, since the snickers get pretty hard compared to the yogurt. I noticed that the majority of the flavors were pretty tart, a little limited for my taste selection, as I would prefer my yogurt to be a little sweeter, however I did like the flavors that I had, and the location is great, so I would most likely be coming back for my quick yogurt fix.

After trying Pinkberry yesterday I decided to give Peach Wave a try today since it's much, much closer to home. The toppings aren't quite as fresh (some of the fruit definitely came out of a can) but there was a much better variety. I tried the raspberry, mango, and original yogurt flavors and they were all very delicious. I will definitely be going here instead of driving the long way to Pinkberry (not to mention the insane lines there!)

It's ok. My family likes it, but I prefer yogurt land. They don't have a choc/peanut butter yogurt, but do have a plain vanilla for my husband. Topping selection ok, but not great.
